- Program Description: Provides automated SMS notifications, list synchronization alerts, AI item-parsing confirmations, and system auto-replies to user inventory commands.
- Opt-In Method: Users opt in by submitting their mobile phone number and consenting via the web opt-in form located at https://www.hensonfamilygrocery.com/.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user account activity, inventory updates, and command requests.
- Pricing & Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or sent to us from you.
- Opt-Out Instructions (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the service number. You will receive a single automated confirmation message confirming your cancellation.
- Resubscribe (START): If you have previously opted out, reply START, UNSTOP, or YES to resume receiving messages. These keywords only resume a subscription that was previously cancelled; they are not a method of initial signup, which is available solely through the web opt-in form described above.
